| 1 cup celery, chopped | 1 can bean sprouts, drained |
| 1 medium onion, chopped | 2 teaspoons sugar |
| 2 Tablespoons canola oil | 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded |
| 4 Tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (may add more at the table) | 2 Tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup cold water |
| 1 cup chicken broth, (skim fat from broth) | 2 cups rice, cooked |
