Brownies

6 Tablespoons applesauce 1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon baking powder
  2 egg whites
  1. Mix together the applesauce, sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
  2. Mix in flour and baking powder. Beat in the egg whites.
  3. Pour into 8-inch square pan, which has been sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 25 minutes.
