Rice Pudding Cereal

3 cups cooked rice (1 cup raw) 1 Tablespoon sugar
2 cups skim milk 1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup egg substitute, slightly beaten 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and mix them well.
  2. Cook the rice over moderate heat, stirring it now and then, until it has thickened (about 5 minutes after milk reaches a boil).
