Cauliflower Salad

1 head cauliflower Dressing:
1/2 cup chopped stuffed green olives 1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup chopped ripe olives 3 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium onion, chopped 3 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces.
  2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk, then pour over cauliflower mixture.
  4. Chill to allow flavors to blend.
