Zesty Strawberry Spinach Salad

12 ounces spinach leaves

1 pint fresh mushrooms, sliced

1-1/2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced

1 teaspoon poppy seeds

1/2 cup fat-free red wine vinaigrette dressing

  1. Prepare spinach leaves by washing and tearing into bite sized pieces.
  2. Combine spinach, mushrooms and strawberries in a salad bowl.
  3. Add poppy seeds to salad dressing. Pour over salad just before serving.
