Broccoli Salad

2 bunches broccoli, cut into florets

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

2 cups red grapes, cut into halves

1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted

2/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons vinegar

2 Tablespoons sugar

  1. Mix all ingredients, but sunflower seeds and chill for 2-3 hours.
  2. Add sunflower seeds just before serving.
