Green Bean Casserole

16 ounce can green beans

10 ounce can fat-free cream of mushroom soup

4 Tablespoons canned French fried onion rings, crushed

6 wheat crackers, crushed

  1. Drain green beans. Combine soup and beans and turn into a 1-1/2-quart ovenproof casserole.
  2. Combine crushed onion rings and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over the vegetable/soup mixture.
  3. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
