Spanish Rice

8 strips bacon 1 cup onion, chopped
1 16-ounce can tomatoes 1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup uncooked rice 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  1. Cook bacon in skillet. Drain pan of all but 1 Tablespoon grease. Set bacon aside.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cover and simmer on low for 45 minutes. Add bacon and serve.
