Italian Style Green Beans

1 15-ounce can stewed tomatoes

2 10-ounce packages frozen green beans, or equivalent amount, fresh

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, fat free

2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

  1. Empty stewed tomatoes into medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer.
  2. Add green beans and cover. Simmer 5 minutes or until green beans are tender crisp. Add Parmesan and stir.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds after vegetables are in serving dish.
