Artichoke Appetizer
From the recipe collections of Gail and Shirley
 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup homemade mayonnaise*
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
Pepper to taste
 
Mix ingredients together and bake in a 9” pie plate for 3500 for 25 to 30 minutes. 
Sprinkle with paprika and serve with crackers or warm slices of french bread.
