Chocolate Syrup
From the recipe collection of Jeni
2 cups corn syrup
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups water
2 Tbsp. butter or canola oil margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix syrups, water and melted margarine. Stir in cocoa, flour and salt. Cook
to boiling and then lower heat. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring often. Remove
from heat and cool. Stir in vanilla. Use on fructose free desserts.
