Cranberry Catsup

1 – 1 lb. pkg. cranberries       
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. horseradish                  
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 tsp. water                         
1 tsp. or less allspice
2 cups dextrose                       
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt                                
1 cup rice vinegar
 
Combine cranberries, water and horseradish in kettle.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat.  Cover and simmer till cranberries are tender, about 20 minutes.  Put through sieve or in food processor to chop.  Return to kettle.  Stir in rest of ingredients.  Simmer uncovered, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until very thick.  Seal in hot sterilized jars.  Makes 4 half-pints.
