Cranberry Juice
From the recipe collection of Jeni
 
juice from making homemade dried cranberries
2 cups water, or to taste
1 pint fresh cranberries.
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup dextrose
3 cloves
sweetener to taste
 
Combine and boil first three ingredients 5 minutes.  Strain through sieve and paper towel.  Return to heat and add next three ingredients.  Simmer 5 minutes.  Remove from heat and add extra sweetener if desired.
