Curried Cheese Ball
From the recipe collection of Nancy
 
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup pistachios, chopped
1 teaspoon olives, chopped
1 teaspoon chives, finely chopped
11/2 tablespoon Asian curry powder
 
Mix all ingredients well.  Form mixture into either a ball or two rolls 11/2 inch in diameter.   Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate until firm.  Serve with crackers.
