Dried Cranberries
From the recipe collection of Jeni
Mix 1/2 cup dextrose for every 1 cup fresh cranberries. Soak overnight. Add
1/2 cup water and boil for 10 minutes. Strain juice and use in other
cooking. Spread berries on parchment covered baking sheet. Dry
in oven at 2500 - 3000 F.
