Lemon or Lime Milkshake
From the recipe collection of Mary
3/4 cup milk
juice from 1/2 lemon or lime
1 tsp. zest from lemon or lime
1/3 cup dextrose
1/2 cup ice cubes
Mix milk, lemon or lime juice, zest, and dextrose together in blender. Blend
until dextrose is dissolved. Add ice cubes, one at a time. Pulse
until incorporated into shake. Serve immediately or place in freezer
and use as sherbet.
