Poppy Seed Noodles
From the recipe collection of Nancy
 
3 to 4 oz. packaged dry egg noodles
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
3 Tbsp. pistachio nut meats
 
Cook noodles in boiling salt water until just tender, about 6 minutes.  Drain noodles and return to cooking pan.  Add butter and poppy seeds.  Toss with noodles over low heat.  Serve hot. Garnish with pistachios, if desired.
