Fresh Tex-Mex Guacamole

1 large ripe black-skinned California avocado (Haas)
1 small garlic clove (if tolerated), mashed to paste with 1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Optional seasoning: dash cumin, chili powder, or chipotle powder
With a fork, mash avocado to a smooth paste in serving bowl. Add remaining
ingredients, including seasonings if desired. Mix well. Serve with
baked tortilla chips.
