Vegetable Salad
From the recipe collection of Luella
 
2 packages Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups Sugar Twin®
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
 
Dissolve gelatin in cold water in bowl.  Add boiling water, salt, sugar, and vinegar.  Mix and cool until thickened.  Add vegetables.  Refrigerate until set.
