Black Berry Yogurt Smoothies
From the recipe collection of Lorelei
 
1 cup frozen unsweetened black berries, almost thawed
1/4 cup Half & Half
4 oz. plain yogurt
1/3 – 1/2 cup dextrose, depending on taste
16 ice cubes

Add ice cubes to blender.  Add remaining ingredients.  Blenduntil smooth.  Makes about three 6-oz. servings.
