Right: Manipulation to correct the cavus deformity. The fore part of the foot is supinated so as to place it in proper alignment with the hind part of the foot.
Left: Wrong maneuver to correct foot supination. This maneuver increases the cavus deformity and fails to correct the varus deformity of the heel.
