Timothy M. Gaillard, FACHE, was named University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Associate Director, Hospital Support Services in 2007. He provides executive leadership and serves as the direct report for Engineering Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, Social Work Services, Spiritual Services, Guest Services, Concierge, Grounds Keeping, Patient Relations, Patient Library, Medical Museum, and Project Art.

He earned a Master of Health Administration degree in 2003 from The University of South Carolina. He graduated from Boston University, Heidelberg, Germany, in 1994 with a MS in Business Administration, and from The University of South Carolina in 1986 with a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Toursim. He is a Fellow, of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He previously worked at Palmetto Health, Columbia, South Carolina, as Director of Engineering Services. He served in the United States Army in the Health Services Command.
